On April 2nd the bosnian newspaper Oslobodjenje published an interview with Marieluise Beck on her engagement with Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the CDU's refusal to an EU enlargment after Croatia entered the EU and on the green campaign to the general elecions in Germany in autumn this year. Oslobodjenje: The Bundestag recently ratified the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with Bosnia and Herzegovina. Everything happened very quickly. The Government tabled the bill in January and the Bundestag completed the whole procedure by the end of March. This was unusually quick in comparison with the parliamentary procedures in the EU
